Orders & Delivery

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

We have a delivery time of 1-2 working days within Sweden and 5-7 working days within the EU. For orders to countries outside the EU/EEA/Schengen, the delivery time is 7–14 days. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Is there a shipping fee for my orders?

Yes, the shipping fee within Sweden is SEK 39 and SEK 49 within Europe.

Can I track my package?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation linked to Postnord. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us.

What shipping options are available?

We want you to receive your package as soon as possible, therefore we always deliver within 1-2 working days regardless of the shipping method.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

Your package will be delivered to your mailbox. Depending on the size of the order, it may end up at a delivery location. You will receive an SMS confirmation when your package has arrived. If you do not collect your package within the specified time, it will be sent back to us and you must then contact our customer service.

What happens if I do not receive an order confirmation?

You will automatically receive an order confirmation after your purchase. It may take up to 15 minutes for the order confirmation to arrive. If you still have not received a confirmation, please contact our
customer service!

I want to cancel my order, how do I do it?

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Remember that orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day.

Can I change the address or other information in my order?

Yes, log in to your profile or contact customer service.

I have received the wrong product or a product is missing from my order, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service and we will help you and send you new products.

Can I make changes to my order?

You can make changes by contacting customer service until you have received confirmation that your order has been shipped.

You can currently buy Laureate's products on our website, Amazon.se and at selected retailers in Sweden
and Norway.
